Shipping & Delivery
Please be aware that no orders are processed over the weekend or Bank Holidays.
Please note: We currently can only ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland and France.
Please note: We are unable to ship items to military bases worldwide.
UK Orders (2-4 Days for delivery)
Orders generally under £60 will ship via Royal Mail First Class.
Orders over £60 or heavier items will ship via UKMAIL 24hr delivery (No Saturday Deliveries).
Please note: Delivery times can vary and sometimes be
delayed but we work closely with Royal Mail and courier companies to
make sure we offer the best service possible.
Foreign Orders (4-7 Days for delivery)
Orders generally under £50 will ship via Royal Mail Air Mail.
Orders over £50 or heavier items will ship via a Courier (UK & Europe only).
Please note: Delivery times can vary and sometimes be
delayed but we work closely with Royal Mail and courier companies to
make sure we offer the best service possible.
Please note: It is your responsibility to pay any fees
(including taxes) charged by your local customs or postal office. These
are not covered in the shipping charge.

Returns & Replacements
In the highly unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty we will be happy to replace it free of charge, and will refund any return shipping costs.
If an item is purchased in error we will refund its purchase price, providing it is still in its original condition, but not the shipping costs.
In any case, please contact us first as we are reasonable people and will do what we can to help.
